And in the world of high heat, more connections can mean more risks if you use cheap parts. To keep things safe, we use high-temp rated terminals so you don’t have to worry about bottlenecks or fire hazards. The only catch? You’ve got to make sure those terminals are torqued down tight. If they’re loose, you get arcing. Simple as that. What this looks like on the shop floor When that five-year mark hits, the fix is straightforward. Unclip the quick-release lead, pop the retaining clips, and pull the dead tube. You don’t have to tear apart the ceiling mount. You don’t have to touch the primary power feed. We treat the heating element like a consumable—sort of like a lightbulb. You can keep a few spare modules on a shelf and just drop them in. That way, your crew stays warm and the production line keeps moving, without you having to call in a specialist just to fix a wire in the ceiling.
