We built our infrared heaters to kill that problem at the root.
How it actually works
Most heaters just warm up the air. The problem? That warm air often just shoves the moisture into the corners of your room, where it sits and grows. Our lamps do things differently. They use short-wave radiation that actually sinks into your wet walls and floors. It shakes up the water molecules, forcing them to evaporate way faster than they would on their own. Once that moisture is in the air, the heat pushes it right toward your vents. Your surfaces stay dry. Your grout stays clean. It just works.
Built for the steam
Water and electricity are a nightmare pairing, which is why we didn’t cut corners on the build. These units are IP55-rated. In plain English? They’re protected against dust and can handle water splashes from any angle without breaking a sweat. Inside, we use high-grade quartz glass. It can handle being turned on and off rapidly without cracking under the pressure. We also used heat-resistant silicone seals so the internal wiring doesn’t rot away from all that steam. It’s tough gear.
A few things to keep in mind
These lamps pack a lot of heat into a small box. You can usually plug them into your existing bathroom circuits, but just double-check your breakers first. If you’re running a few of these on an old electrical line, you might trip a switch. Better to check your amperage now than to be left in the dark later. One last tip:Give them some space. Because this is radiant heat, it’s intense. If you mount the lamp too close to plastic trim or fixtures, you might actually warp the plastic. Keep about 30cm of clearance from anything that isn’t heat-rated, and you’ll be golden.
