Getting the Power Right
Here’s how we built these heaters: we focused on packing serious power into a small space. Plug in at 400V, and the quartz tube cranks out 2500W of focused heat. That’s a lot of wattage squeezed into just 300mm, which means you get intense heat right where you need it. It heats up fast, dumping energy straight onto the target. But with that kind of density, you’ve got to plan for heat management. Make sure your machine’s cooling can handle the extra warmth, or nearby parts will feel the strain.
Built to Last, Inside and Out
The heart of it is a high-purity quartz tube wrapped around a halogen filament. Turn it on, and you get instant infrared heat, right when you need it. The quartz handles sudden temperature swings without cracking, staying solid even when things get scorching. The halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, so performance stays strong over time—no fading like you see with standard lamps. And we topped it off with an R7s connector. It’s a tough, industrial fit that makes wiring simple and keeps the connection tight. It drops right in where you need it, no fuss.
Heat Where You Need It, When You Need It
These heaters shine in jobs where timing and precision matter. The shortwave infrared blasts through surfaces quickly, perfect for drying, curing, or even plastic work like PET blowing. You get a tight beam that focuses on the target, not wasting energy heating the air around it. The size is a real advantage, too. It slips into tight spots without forcing you to overhaul your whole machine. Instant-on, steady temperature, and ready to keep up with the pace of an automated line. It’s the kind of heat you can count on, cycle after cycle.
